Family Medicine Physician Position OverviewPentaHealth Family Practice is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Family Medicine Physician to join our established, outpatient-only practice in Exton, PA. As part of a collaborative team that includes three physicians and two Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs), you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. This role offers the unique advantages of working within a close-knit group while benefiting from the resources of a larger, physician-owned multispecialty organization. The position is available due to an upcoming retirement, ensuring a smooth transition for the incoming provider.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with fellow physicians, CRNPs, and clinical staff to provide patient-centered care and support the practice’s commitment to value-based care.
- Utilize the Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for accurate documentation, care coordination, and quality tracking.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings as part of PentaHealth’s multispecialty group.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and the community served by the practice.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory standards applicable to family medicine physicians.
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice as a Family Medicine Physician in Pennsylvania.
- Demonstrated proficiency with electronic medical records, preferably Epic EMR.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
