Family Medicine Physician Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team. Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct routine health assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests such as laboratory work, digital x-rays, ultrasound, and EKGs available in-house.
- Promote preventive healthcare through patient education, screenings, and immunizations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the practice to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize electronic medical records to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical best practices.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine is required.
- Active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility to obtain a medical license.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
