Join the Allstate - Tammie Pero team in Carrollton, GA as a part-time (11am to 4pm) or full-time Experienced Telemarketer. At Allstate, we're committed to fostering an inclusive and positive work environment that values your contributions and drives your professional growth.
As a highly skilled Telemarketer, your role is central to our insurance sales operation. You will engage with potential clients, delivering sales pitches with a positive, inviting tone to help them understand the value of our offerings. We believe in empowering our employees with the tools and training necessary to excel in their roles, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where everyone feels motivated and valued.
This is an in-office position only. All applicants must be able to commute to and work in the local office in Carrollton, GA.
Starting Pay: $16/hour or more depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and gather relevant information to qualify prospects.
- Outbound Calls: Conduct calls to prospective customers, introducing our insurance products and services.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport and trust with potential clients through friendly, positive communication.
- Product Knowledge: Confidently explain insurance offerings and match them to clients' needs.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or follow-up calls between potential clients and our insurance agents.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead details in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Experience: At least two years of telemarketing experience, preferably in insurance sales, is required.
- Licensing: A valid insurance license, or willingness to obtain one, is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Superb verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and remote communication tools.
- Customer-Focused: A strong desire and ability to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Work Ethic: High motivation and proactive attitude to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team, while also functioning independently when needed.
