Executive Assistant Summary

- Prepare, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required by executive staff.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including logistical arrangements, agenda preparation, and post-meeting follow-ups.
- Serve as the administrative liaison between executives and both internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee expense reports and reimbursement processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Provide cross-coverage for other senior administrative professionals to maintain continuity of executive support within the division.
- Maintain sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required for this Executive Assistant position.
- Demonstrated experience in executive support, including complex calendar management and administrative coordination for senior leaders.
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Ability to adapt to last-minute schedule changes and prioritize multiple competing tasks under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
