In this full-time role, you will work directly alongside experienced Lead Excavation Operators, gaining direct exposure to residential sewer, water service, and underground utility projects. Excavation Apprentice - Summary- Entry-level, full-time position focused on excavation and underground utility work in sewer and water line construction

- Assist with residential sewer lateral replacements and repairs
- Support water service replacements and trenchless liner installations
- Prepare and maintain job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from worksites
- Participate in excavation and trench safety operations under supervision
- Operate excavators and related equipment as training progresses
- Assist in pulling equipment trailers and transporting tools as needed
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance
- Help with jobsite cleanup and restoration upon project completion
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently
- Learn specialized trade skills and underground utility operations from experienced team members

- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, utilities, plumbing, or general labor is preferred but not required
- Experience with excavation equipment, skid steers, or trailer towing is a plus
