ERP Inventory Business Analyst - Summary- Lead and support inventory-related business processes during a major ERP (Workday) transformation project.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators.
- Ensure successful configuration, testing, and deployment of inventory modules.
- Drive process improvements and support business operations optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and analyze inventory business requirements.
- Participate in business process design, system configuration, and solution validation for the Workday inventory module.
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end testing activities, including test planning, defect management, and resolution tracking.
- Support data conversion and migration activities to ensure accurate and timely inventory data transfer into the new ERP system.
- Assist in cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation support (hypercare and stabilization).
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, providing clear communication regarding project status, issues, and milestones.
- Support organizational change management by helping users adapt to new systems and processes.

- Proven experience supporting full lifecycle ERP implementation projects, with specific expertise in Workday inventory modules and configuration.
- Strong background in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for inventory operations.
- Experience coordinating and executing system testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with cutover planning, data conversion, and hypercare processes in ERP projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
