Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative and office support tasks, including answering telephone calls, greeting and directing visitors, and utilizing in-house systems to manage daily operations.
- Handle billing inquiries, process customer payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and agents, ensuring effective communication and prompt response to client needs.
- Update policyholder contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, to maintain accurate client records.
- Provide proof of insurance to customers by printing, faxing, or sending documents as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a valid Florida 4-40 Resident Customer Representative license prior to starting employment.
- Previous experience with State Farm is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check; candidates must have a clean criminal history.
- Demonstrated dependability and a proven record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems efficiently.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
