- 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Intune in an enterprise setting
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting SCCM infrastructure, application deployments, OSD, and endpoint lifecycle activities
- Experience with SCCM CMG and Co-Management in hybrid environments
- Strong knowledge of Intune device management concepts, including policies, profiles, enrollment, and Windows Autopilot provisioning
- Familiarity with identity and directory services: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and group targeting
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical teams
- Proven track record in enterprise endpoint management with Microsoft technologies
