QA Analyst Job DescriptionWe are looking for a QA Analyst to join our dynamic, remote team in Virginia Beach, VA. This full-time QA Analyst role is focused on evaluating end-user experiences, conducting usability testing for mobile and web platforms, and providing essential feedback to enhance the quality and functionality of our digital products. The QA Analyst will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that our platforms deliver optimal performance for users.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile applications and web platforms to identify user experience issues and technical glitches.
- Document detailed findings related to bugs, glitches, and areas of user dissatisfaction, ensuring reports are clear and actionable for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with software development and product teams to communicate issues, relay feedback, and assist in prioritizing fixes and enhancements.
- Test software features across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes to verify functionality and compatibility.
- Prepare and submit well-organized daily or weekly reports summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations for improving product quality and user satisfaction.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to follow structured testing instructions and protocols accurately.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote work tools, including communication and collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with app ecosystems and the ability to navigate various operating systems and devices.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing purposes.
