Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Summary- Provide exceptional patient care in a high-acuity emergency room setting.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver timely and effective medical interventions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, triage patients, and prioritize care based on clinical assessments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Support patients and families with compassion, empathy, and professionalism during critical health situations.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients presenting with a variety of acute and emergent conditions.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform necessary treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures and perform emergency interventions as required.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) and communicate changes to the healthcare team promptly.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain current certifications as required by facility and state regulations.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and best practices in emergency care.

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are preferred.
