Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Summary- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Deliver compassionate and effective care during critical and acute medical situations.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and fellow nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional practice and patient safety.
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with diverse and acute symptoms.
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as prescribed.
- Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment in high-pressure situations.
- Support patients and families with clear communication and education regarding care plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards in all care activities.
- Assist with the onboarding and mentorship of new nursing staff as needed.

- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience in emergency room or acute care settings strongly preferred.
