Electro-Mechanical Assembler - Summary
- Performs a wide array of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations in support of developmental and pre-production projects.
- Constructs assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components from rough schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions.
- Operates necessary hand and power tools as required for precision assembly tasks.
- Drives process improvements and maintains a safe, organized working environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly operations following detailed verbal or written instructions, drawings, or diagrams.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment to complete assembly tasks.
- Initiate and participate in process improvements within the assigned work area.
- Read, interpret, and follow prints, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
- Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
- Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years related experience in production or technical assembly roles.
- High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
- Ability to lift and push up to 20 pounds without assistance.
- Capable of standing for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Proficient in English communication for effective teamwork and instruction following.
- Skilled in using hand tools, including electric drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a supervised environment.
- Experience reading and understanding technical prints and drawings.
- Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR compliance required).
