Electrical Foreman - Summary- Lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning to completion
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and workforce scheduling
- Maintain accurate documentation and foster strong team collaboration
- Supervise and direct electrical crews, ensuring safety and productivity at all times
- Plan and execute projects from pre-construction through completion
- Review and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation
- Organize and coordinate material procurement and delivery
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain detailed as-built documentation and daily reports
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients
- Identify and communicate potential change orders and project risks
- Complete required paperwork such as timesheets, RFIs, and look-ahead schedules
- Remain solutions-focused and productive in dynamic or high-pressure environments

- Ability to read, interpret, and explain blueprints and technical drawings

- Familiarity with NEC codes; Journeyman Electrician license preferred
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred
