Electrical Foreman - Summary- Full-time position leading electrical crews on commercial and industrial construction projects
- Role based in Jacksonville, FL, Tampa, FL, and Naples, FL
- Opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and timeliness
- Play a key part in project planning, execution, and completion
- Lead and supervise electrical crews through all project phases
- Promote and enforce safe work practices at all times
- Plan, schedule, and execute projects from pre-construction to finalization
- Review and interpret specifications, blueprints, and project documentation
- Coordinate material ordering and manage job site logistics
- Identify, communicate, and document potential change orders
- Maintain accurate as-built documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Complete required paperwork including daily reports, timesheets, RFIs, and look-ahead schedules
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure project alignment
- Remain productive and solutions-focused in fast-paced or high-pressure situations

- Previous leadership or foreman experience in electrical construction required
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience managing electrical crews and maintaining project schedules
- Working knowledge of NEC codes; Journeyman Electrician license preferred
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with project management software and construction technology preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or GED required; technical, vocational, or trade school training preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a commercial or industrial construction setting
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and quality in every aspect of the job
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments and on elevated surfaces
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing job duties that require standing, walking, bending, and climbing
