Candidates for the Electrical Engineering Manager position should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, along with at least five years of engineering management experience leading technical teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners are key for this role.

- Oversee a team of approximately 10 engineers, including Electrical Designers, Systems Engineers, FPGA Engineers, and Bring-Up Engineers.
- Manage engineering workloads and priorities across multiple concurrent programs.
- Forecast resource needs and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Lead design reviews, support engineering decisions, and resolve technical challenges.
- Communicate project status to leadership and participate in customer and project meetings.
- Mentor engineers and develop technical talent within the team.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule expectations.
