Electrical Assembler - Summary- Responsible for assembling and wiring electrical components according to engineering specifications and production instructions.
- Works closely with production and engineering teams to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.

- Install electrical components into equipment, adhering strictly to engineering and production guidelines.
- Route, secure, and terminate electrical wiring, harnesses, and cables using industry-approved techniques.
- Install and wire components such as contactors, relays, transformers, terminal blocks, disconnects, circuit breakers, overloads, sensors, control boards, PLCs, and VFDs.
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels, junction boxes, and enclosures with precision and attention to detail.
- Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires utilizing proper tools and industry best practices.
- Apply labels, markers, cable ties, and protective routing materials to ensure safe and organized wiring assemblies.
- Maintain proper wire separation and routing to prevent damage or electrical failures.
- Conduct visual inspections of completed assemblies, verifying wire routing, labeling, component placement, and termination quality.
- Perform continuity checks and basic electrical verification using approved testing equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder diagrams, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Follow updated engineering revisions and production instructions, implementing modifications as needed.
- Identify and report any incorrect components, damaged materials, or wiring issues.
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues discovered during production testing.
