QA Analyst – UX Tester Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a QA Analyst – UX Tester. This full-time remote position is focused on evaluating user experience (UX) and ensuring the highest quality standards for our digital products, including mobile apps and web platforms. As a QA Analyst – UX Tester, you will play a pivotal role in identifying usability issues, documenting bugs, and collaborating with developers to enhance our digital interfaces.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web applications, ensuring that user interactions are seamless and intuitive.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges with clear and concise feedback.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams, providing actionable feedback to improve user interfaces and overall product quality.
- Test software features across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistent functionality and appearance for all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and status updates.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions.
- Demonstrated experience with remote collaboration tools and a familiarity with app and web ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance (QA), user experience (UX) testing, or related fields is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device suitable for remote work and testing activities.
