eCommerce Planner - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory across multiple stores by reviewing on-hand quantities and determining stock positions based on weeks of supply, sell-through rates, seasonal trends, and artist lifecycle data
- Project and forecast sales and inventory needs for core products using historical data and growth projections
- Identify and manage items for promotional and marketing strategies, determining product lifecycles and promotional windows
- Recommend inventory actions by conducting SKU performance analysis and identifying opportunities for print-on-demand or other fulfillment methods
- Collaborate within a commercial, multi-platform environment, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evolving systems and processes
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to generate reports, monitor trends, and inform strategic decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies with broader business objectives

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional business experience, preferably within the music, entertainment, or e-commerce sector
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in buying, planning, sales analysis, or forecasting within an e-commerce environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant data analysis tools
- Ability to adapt and thrive within a rapidly developing commercial setting
