- Systematically document and report bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points, providing clear, concise information to facilitate efficient resolution by the development team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to communicate feedback and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
- Maintain detailed daily or weekly reports outlining findings, trends, and recommendations to enhance the performance and usability of digital platforms.
- Monitor and verify the implementation of fixes and enhancements, ensuring that all identified issues are addressed appropriately.
- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to follow structured testing scenarios and processes accurately.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools, and a solid understanding of e-commerce and online retail workflows.
