- Key Responsibilities:
- Direct operations across 30 restaurant locations with full ownership of performance
- Lead and develop 6 District Managers, fostering high-performing teams
- Analyze metrics and implement improvements to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Ensure uniform execution of brand standards, systems, and training practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve growth and innovation goals
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, ideally in fast-casual or QSR
- Proven success managing district-level teams across multiple locations
- Strong business acumen, data fluency, and ability to execute operational strategy
- Dynamic, people-first leadership style with a passion for hospitality excellence
