Responsibilities
- Build and maintain campaign structures using Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and Integral Ad Science (IAS) platforms.
- Create and implement naming conventions and taxonomies for new digital ad placements to ensure consistency and organization.
- Upload, rename, and traffic creative assets, ensuring all content is properly managed and available for campaigns.
- Manage execution grids and oversee platform-level campaign details to maintain accuracy throughout all project phases.
- Implement audience targeting strategies and manage ad placements across various digital ad platforms.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks before and after launching campaigns to verify tracking and execution accuracy.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns, pause or swap creative assets as needed, and refine processes based on performance data and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional media teams to ensure campaign readiness, integration, and data consistency across platforms.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in digital media operations or a closely related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) for campaign building and management.
- Understanding of paid media concepts including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), attribution, pixel placement, and tag enablement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas for automating document processes and reporting.
- Comfort managing advertising workflows and conducting QA across multiple ad platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Integral Ad Science (IAS) for verification and YouTube advertising campaign management.
- Exposure to AI-driven media activation within Google Ads, enhancing campaign performance and efficiency.
- Experience working in an agency or high-volume campaign environment is considered an asset.
