Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - Summary- Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of linen products to clients in the healthcare and hospitality industries.
- Adheres to company and DOT standards for safety, documentation, and customer service.
- Represents Core Linen Services professionally at customer sites and in all interactions.
- Maintains a clean driving record and upholds all company policies regarding attendance, appearance, and equipment care.
- Load and unload linen carts at both company and customer locations, ensuring proper tagging and documentation of each cart.
- Complete all required paperwork and logs daily; submit documents as directed.
- Weigh and record soil under the correct customer name and deliver soil to designated soil room.
- Disinfect vehicle after each soil pick-up to meet safety and health standards.
- Conduct and submit Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Report prior to each shift.
- Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Adhere to all universal precautions and safety procedures, particularly while handling soiled linens.
- Report any mechanical issues promptly to the chief engineer or appropriate personnel.
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, courteously, and within the established timeframes.
- Report customer service issues or concerns promptly for resolution.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

- Ability to work scheduled second shift hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Successful completion of a DOT physical, drug screening, and MVR background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 700 pounds.
