Delivery Driver – Non-CDL Summary- Responsible for safe and timely delivery and pickup of goods between company and customer locations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete all required DOT documentation and certifications.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Load and unload linen carts at company and customer facilities, ensuring each cart is tagged correctly.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and logs daily, including Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Reports.
- Weigh, tag, and deliver soiled linens to designated areas according to company protocol.
- Disinfect company vehicles after each soil pickup to maintain hygiene standards.
- Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and maintained, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Follow universal precautions and safety procedures during all work activities.
- Report any concerns or issues regarding customer service and satisfaction as they arise.
- Perform deliveries and pickups accurately, efficiently, and courteously.
- Adhere to all attendance and uniform policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
