Data Insights Analyst - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide recurring and ad hoc performance reporting for marketing and publishing stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and self-service analytics tools to surface essential business and campaign metrics.
- Build and sustain data tables and pipelines, including auditing and integrating third-party data sources for comprehensive analytics.
- Conduct trend and performance analyses across various marketing efforts, such as paid media, user acquisition, and product marketing.
- Improve the sustainability and documentation of analytics workflows and reporting processes, ensuring repeatable and efficient operations.
- Partner with internal teams to identify data needs and deliver insights that influence channel optimization and player acquisition strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated expertise in SQL or Python for data analysis, data preparation, and pipeline development.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau or comparable data visualization tools for building impactful dashboards and reports.
- Proven track record of supporting cross-functional stakeholders by delivering timely reports, data requests, and recurring analytics deliverables in a collaborative environment.
