Data Engineer – Palantir Foundry Job DescriptionIDR is seeking a skilled and innovative Data Engineer – Palantir Foundry for a contract, remote opportunity. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about modern data engineering, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence, and who enjoy contributing to impactful, large-scale projects. As a Data Engineer – Palantir Foundry, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing data-driven solutions using the Palantir Foundry platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of intelligent systems, particularly in the clinical logistics domain.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain data models and pipelines within the Palantir Foundry platform to support clinical logistics operations.
- Leverage cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure to support scalable data solutions.
- Apply workflow modeling, artificial intelligence, and machine learning techniques to develop and implement innovative data solutions that drive business value.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and client teams to achieve project objectives, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Contribute expertise to the continuous improvement of data engineering best practices across projects.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, remote work environment, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team success.
- Demonstrated experience working with Palantir Foundry, including data modeling and pipeline development.
- Hands-on experience with one or more leading cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) in support of enterprise data projects.
- Strong understanding of workflow modeling and proficiency in artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, remote setting.
