Analytics Product Manager Job OverviewThe Analytics Product Manager plays a strategic role in delivering impactful internal analytics tools and dashboards. As an integral member of the Analytics Product team, this full-time position focuses on driving cross-functional initiatives that support a variety of business units, including Sales and Messaging. The Analytics Product Manager blends elements of program management, stakeholder engagement, and user-centric product design to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional projects that bring together analytics and user experience (UX) teams to deliver high-quality internal dashboards and data tools.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive analytics experiences that empower stakeholders and drive business decision-making.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to drive program delivery, maintaining alignment with strategic business objectives and project timelines.
- Partner with engineering and quality assurance teams to coordinate performance testing and optimize system performance for analytics products.
- Leverage leading business intelligence (BI) platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and MicroStrategy to enhance data storytelling and improve user engagement with analytics solutions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure the ongoing enhancement and effectiveness of internal analytics products.
- Minimum of four years’ experience in program management, product operations, or analytics product delivery with a proven ability to lead complex projects.
- At least two years of experience in UX strategy or design, specifically for data tools or dashboards.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, data storytelling techniques, and information architecture best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, Jira for project tracking, and the software development life cycle (SDLC) or product development life cycle (PDLC).
- Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.
- Previous experience managing internal-facing products or projects.
- Background in hospitality or B2B enterprise environments.
- Certification or formal training in UX/UI design or design thinking methodologies.
- Professional certifications such as Scrum, Agile, or PMI are highly desirable.
