Key Responsibilities- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance products, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing matters.
- Consistently maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily success.
- Develop and identify new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Build and nurture lasting customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Establish and grow ongoing networking relationships to expand service outreach and business development.
- Willingness and ability to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license and Life & Health insurance license.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting personal or professional goals.
- Strong belief in the importance of insurance and financial products in supporting clients' financial security.
- Proven record of trustworthiness, dependability, and high ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
