Customer Service Representative – Insurance Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and warmly greet clients, addressing their questions and concerns.

- Deliver accurate support for insurance policy inquiries, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processes, and billing explanations.
- Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to educate clients about available insurance products and options.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
