Key Responsibilities

- Address inquiries related to underwriting, claims, accounting, and marketing, providing accurate information and support within the scope of the CSR role.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain records to support service quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor service trends and offer feedback to leadership to enhance the customer experience.
- If assigned, greet and assist visitors at the front desk, while monitoring building access in accordance with company policies.
- Support administrative activities such as assembling and preparing renewal mailings, as needed to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required for this Customer Service Representative (CSR) position.
- Willingness to learn property and casualty insurance terminology and processes; prior experience in insurance or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective customer service in previous roles is a plus.
- Proficiency with communication tools, software applications, and standard office equipment is necessary for success in this role.
- Ability to work in a professional office environment, operate a computer for extended periods, and move work materials weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
