The Customer Service Representative is a vital member of the team, responsible for supporting clients and ensuring their needs are met through outstanding service and effective communication. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and support for clients as required.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving success every day.
- Provide timely and comprehensive activity reports to management or the agent as needed.
- Remain current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education within the insurance industry.
Required Qualifications

- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
