Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing consistent follow-up to address client needs and inquiries.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about appropriate insurance options and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a daily commitment to achieving team and individual success.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, documenting key interactions and outcomes.
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing educational opportunities relevant to the insurance industry.

Licensing Requirements
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain if not already held).
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain if not already held).
