Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries, including questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about available insurance products and services.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to address their evolving needs and ensure policy compliance.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily success and supporting agency goals.
- Prepare and provide timely, thorough activity reports to the agent, tracking client interactions and policy updates.
- Stay updated on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and complete necessary continuing education as required by industry standards.

- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain if not already licensed).
