- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help educate clients about available insurance options, guiding them in making informed decisions.
- Proactively assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews to determine the best insurance solutions for each individual.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve agency goals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow established procedures for handling inquiries and service requests.
- Support agency growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling various insurance products as appropriate.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred, including roles such as inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to actively listen and respond to client needs.
- Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving and service delivery.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to relate well to customers and assess their individual needs.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license, as well as a Life and Health license, if not already licensed.
