Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, following up as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
- Adhere to a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to agency success
- Prepare and deliver timely, thorough activity reports to the agency owner
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a team-driven environment
