The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with insurance products and services. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up as needed.
- Deliver accurate and friendly customer service, including responding to questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on available insurance options and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to achieving daily success and meeting organizational objectives.
- Generate and provide timely activity reports to agency management as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
