Customer Service Representative (CSR) Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our insurance team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and support to clients, facilitating positive and productive interactions, and promoting the value of insurance products. Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance products and help them make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to success every day, maintaining high standards for service and accuracy in all interactions.
- Collaborate closely with team members and the managing agent to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, supporting transparency and accountability within the team.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education to maintain expertise in the field.
Requirements

- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life and Health license as required by the position.
