Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner, representing the agency’s commitment to exceptional service in Savannah, GA.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by following up with clients as needed and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a customer-focused and needs-based review process to educate customers about available insurance options and guide them in making informed decisions.
- Support agency sales efforts by identifying opportunities to discuss insurance products and referring leads to licensed agents when appropriate.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or sales support is preferred, such as roles in inside or outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
