Responsibilities

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, coverage options, billing, claim submissions, and transfers.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products and options, ensuring they understand their choices and receive recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving daily success and delivering outstanding service experiences.
- Generate timely and thorough activity reports for the agent, ensuring all customer interactions are thoroughly documented.
