Key Responsibilities

- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Educate customers about insurance options utilizing a needs-based review process that prioritizes customer satisfaction and informed decision-making.
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records, ensuring all interactions and policy changes are documented accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve agency goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay informed on State Farm product offerings and agency processes to provide up-to-date information to customers.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in sales, whether as an inside sales representative, outside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing professional.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills to effectively assist and educate customers.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving customer concerns.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to collective success.
- Skill in assessing customer needs and conducting effective interviews to match insurance products to client requirements.
- Capacity to relate well to customers, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license as required by State Farm and state regulations.
