Key Responsibilities

- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and ensure all documentation is accurately filed.
- Provide detailed information about products and services, guiding customers through available options and answering any questions they may have.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and productive office environment.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license as required by state regulations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong active listening skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers as needed.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for assisting customers, with patience and empathy in every interaction.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic office setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to advocate for customers when necessary.
