- Deliver accurate, timely, and friendly customer service by responding to questions regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing inquiries.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about available insurance options, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.
- Support agency operations by maintaining detailed and organized records of client interactions and policy information.
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for client needs and contribute to the success of the agency.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to a diverse client base.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license (support and training provided).
- Ability to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (support and training provided).
