You will check in trainees, verify identification, and launch courses and exams in accordance with established company protocols. Throughout the day, you will proctor trainees to enforce testing guidelines and ensure that company policies are strictly followed. Supporting safety instructors with classroom setup, materials distribution, and test administration will also be a key part of your daily responsibilities.
Reporting discrepancies in course materials, policy violations, and any unethical behavior to management is a critical task. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of testing and training operations. On the customer service front, you will greet all trainees, process their credentials, and issue badges to facilitate smooth access to training and health services. Handling fax registrations, processing payments, and confirming course requirements will be part of your workflow, requiring keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
The Customer Service Representative will utilize company software to schedule courses and efficiently manage trainee information. Responding to customer questions, providing support to other departments during peak periods, and maintaining a professional demeanor are vital to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. In addition to these duties, you will administer occupational health services such as respirator fit tests, audiometric testing, drug and alcohol screenings, and pulmonary function tests. Proper inspection, calibration, and maintenance of testing equipment according to manufacturer guidelines is mandatory, as is strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance with all applicable CFR standards.
Regular cleaning, disinfection, and inspection of medical equipment will ensure a safe and effective testing environment. Occasionally, the Customer Service Representative may be called upon to respond to after-hours calls and provide necessary support for medical services. The position requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
