- Verify and cross-reference voter information for accuracy and compliance
- Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding voter registration and application status
- Process voter registration applications, address updates, and related records
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for data entry, tracking, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with confidentiality and security guidelines
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service to the public
