As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for proctoring trainees, enforcing testing protocols, and upholding company policies. This role requires a high level of organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with both trainees and fellow staff members. Your daily responsibilities will be focused on ensuring the smooth operation of training labs, supporting classroom activities, and providing essential customer service support. You will also be involved in occupational health services, contributing to a safe and compliant workplace.
Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the first point of contact for trainees and customers, ensuring a positive and efficient onboarding and testing experience.
- Support training and eLearning lab operations, maintaining cleanliness, inventory, and equipment standards.
- Administer and monitor occupational health services, including various tests and screenings.
- Uphold company policies, testing protocols, and confidentiality standards at all times.
- Collaborate with instructors and team members to deliver seamless customer and health services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Open and close the eLearning lab daily while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Check in trainees, verify their identification, and assist with launching training courses or exams.
- Proctor trainees to ensure compliance with testing protocols and company policies.
- Assist instructors with classroom setup, managing material inventory, and supporting testing procedures.
- Report any course discrepancies or observed unethical behavior to management promptly.
- Greet and process trainees, verify credentials, and issue identification badges.
- Handle administrative tasks such as fax registrations, payment processing, and confirming course requirements.
- Utilize custom software for scheduling and managing trainee information efficiently.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and assist other departments during busy periods.
- Administer occupational health services, including respirator fit tests, audiometric tests, drug and alcohol screenings, and pulmonary function tests.
- Calibrate, inspect, and maintain testing equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure all customer data is kept confidential and maintain compliance with relevant CFR standards.
- Clean and disinfect testing equipment after each use to uphold health and safety standards.
- Respond to after-hours calls and provide support to medical services when required.
