Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing comprehensive support and guidance regarding insurance services.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, managing policy updates, and assisting with claims and billing questions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance to clients regarding insurance options, policy changes, eligibility, coverages, and claims.
- Educate clients using a needs-based review process to help them make informed decisions about their insurance policies.

- Prepare and deliver thorough activity reports as required by management.
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, and industry developments through ongoing education and training.
