Customer Service Representative Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join a State Farm Agent's team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service experiences and are interested in growing their careers within the insurance industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience while supporting customers with their insurance needs. Insurance experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided to qualified candidates who demonstrate the right skills and attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based consultation process to educate clients about available insurance products and solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving success and delivering remarkable customer experiences every day.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring all interactions and progress are well-documented.
Requirements
