Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, policy changes, eligibility, coverage options, claims, transfers, and billing.
- Educate customers about available insurance options using a needs-based, customer-focused approach to ensure clients are informed and confident in their choices.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic by consistently striving for success and maintaining a commitment to excellence in all tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all customer needs are met and agency goals are achieved.
- Prepare and submit timely activity reports to the agent, ensuring clear communication of progress and client needs.
