Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and warmly greet clients, ensuring a positive first impression for every interaction.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to address ongoing needs and inquiries.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to questions about insurance availability, policy eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing matters.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance options, helping them make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success, supporting agency goals through consistent effort and professionalism.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with a diverse range of clients and team members.

- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license and a Life and Health license as part of ongoing professional requirements.
