Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner, including making outbound calls as required.
- Handle customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timelines, and follow up to ensure full resolution.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file relevant documents accurately.
- Collaborate with peers and contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license, with training and support provided for the right candidate.
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills, demonstrating patience and empathy in every interaction.
- Comfortable with and capable of making outbound calls to clients as part of daily responsibilities.
- Passion for helping customers, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to empathize with and advocate for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer practical solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present information clearly and professionally.
- Proficient computer skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a busy office setting.
