Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships with small business owners, apartment managers, and individual clients.
- Provide responsive, accurate, and friendly customer service, including scheduling appointments, assisting with claim submissions, and clarifying billing questions.
- Educate customers about insurance options by using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Communicate effectively to identify and address customer needs while supporting business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
- Preferred experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales within the insurance sector or related fields.
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License, with the opportunity for immediate Full-time employment if already licensed.
- Ability to obtain a Life/Health License, expanding your professional qualifications and service capabilities.
- Proven ability to achieve agreed-upon marketing and service goals in alignment with agency objectives.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills suited to a team-oriented environment.
