- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about various insurance products and options, supporting them in making informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and long-term goals for both personal and agency success.
- Maintain comprehensive activity reports and provide timely updates to the agent, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow within the team.
- Keep current with changes in insurance products, licensing requirements, and technical developments through ongoing training and education.
